This day after breakfast drive to Mandawa is a semi desert region of Shekhawati is a colorful fantasy having a fascinating uniquely of its own. The open air art gallery, as it is popularly called is famous for its plethora of painted Havelis, all commendable pieces of the rich artistic traditional of this region. Visit Havelies in Shekhawati Region. Explore the nearby village to experience the like, culture and tradition of the people. Also visit a few old Havelis, frescos, paintings etc in the town. This day explore Bikaner popularly called camel country. It is situated in the northern part of Rajasthan founded in 1488 by Rao Bikaji a descendent of the founder of Jodhpur. After Freshen up at hotel later enjoy the sightseeing tour of Bikaner, offer several attractions to the tourist besides, of course, the exotic camel safaris. Enjoy a traditional meal at hotel and get ready for another joy ride through the Thar Desert for Jaisalmer, en-route visit Pokharan — the birth place of Akbar the Great (3rd Mughal Empror). Visiting the local market in the heart of the village and after taking lunch we proceed towards Jaisalmer. Arrive there by early evening. Moreover a visit to the Jaisalmer Fort (the second oldest fort in Rajasthan after Chittaur), Patwon ki Haveli, (the grandest haveli of Jaisalmer), Desert Culture centre and museums gives you some glimpse of this small town’s past. The Jain temples meet your religious taste; Salim Singh ki haveli and Nathmal-ki-haveli give you some more idea of the haveli architecture of the town. Afternoon excursion to sam 45 Km away, is known for its sand dunes and is the venue for the desert festival. Get the actual feel of the desert by enjoying a camel ride on the sand dunes and witness a magnificent sun set.
Post breakfast drive to Jodhpur- A flourishing trading center of the 16th century; the fortress city of Jodhpur is now second largest city of Rajasthan and a major tourist attraction in the country. Explore the Magnificent, fort gives you a feel of the time when the Rajput might were at its peak. The wall of the forts speaks of the battles they have witness. After breakfast, drive to Ranakpur via Bishnoi Village. Post breakfast leave Udaipur and head towards Pushkar the holy lake of Pushkar is believed to have been created by Lord Brahma himself. It is as important as Banaras or Puri. Devout Hindus believe that it is essential to visit Pushkar at least once in their lifetime. Pushkar has as many as 400 temples and 52 ghats and the only temple in the country that is dedicated to Brahma is to be found here. This morning will bring you an opportunity to explore world heritage site of Old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty Fatehpur Sikri built in honor of Saint Salim Chisti. Who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Post breakfast depart to Orchha situated on the bank of Betwa River, Originally a hunting area, it became the centre and capital of Bundelas. Orchha has more temple and places than any other town of this size. In the morning after breakfast drive to Bhakatpur which is 35 Kms from Kathmandu and relaxing place and has three interesting squares Taumadhi Tole, Durbar and Potter’s. Then move to Nagarkot village, at an elevation of 2,195 meters, it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District. It is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya including Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of Eastern Nepal. At evening return to Kathmandu for overnight stay in Hotel.
